专门以生产软硬质热可塑胶原料TPR、TPU及PVC、塑胶发泡类之鞋底、拖鞋、凉鞋等及一些成型结帮类运动鞋。本机以电脑程式控制，主、副机控制精确。全机各油路系统独立控制，速度快、压力准确、质量高、品质稳定。关模座结构坚实，锁模力大，一次锁模，双色色料同注射，节省时间，提高生产量，创造高利润。

关模分两段式，不伤模具、速度快，射料分两段式，压力射出各模位采比例式独立射出压力控制系统，产品品质划一。

螺杆传动采油压马达，进料速度采用无段式控制，无噪音，进料量采用电脑数字计量控制，计量准确。以一般塑胶鞋计算其生产量，每小时之生产量约为180双。
